Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in your OREN purchase. Because many OREN products may be produced specifically for each order, return eligibility depends on the item and the circumstances.

Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Unworn and unused
Unwashed
In the same condition in which it was received
In its original packaging when applicable
Accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number

The item you wish to return

Photos if the item is damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect

Please do not send products back without first receiving return instructions from OREN Lifestyle. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

For approved standard returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect due to an error with the order, please contact us before returning the item so we can review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your item is damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs of the issue.

Once reviewed, we will work with you toward an appropriate replacement, refund, or other resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns may not be accepted for:

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or used
Items damaged after delivery
Personalized or custom-made products where applicable
Gift cards
Items specifically marked as final sale
Items returned without prior authorization

Sizing

Please review the applicable size chart before placing your order.

Ordering the wrong size does not automatically make an item defective. If you are unsure about sizing, please contact us before ordering.

Exchanges

We do not guarantee direct exchanges for every product.

If you need a different size, color, or style, contact us and we will let you know what options are available based on the product and order status.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within the cancellation window provided at checkout or through your customer account, provided the order has not already entered fulfillment.

Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
